Harry Ladisheff has been an Operator at the Authority since 2008. Harry is a certified NJDEP C-4 Collection System and S-2 Wastewater Operator and continues the pursuit of upgrading his licenses.  Harry has volunteered hours of time moderating and presenting safety topics at the NJWEA Technology Transfer Seminars and serving as vice chairman of the NJWEA Safety Committee.  In recognition of service to the wastewater industry for safety, education and the NJWEA, he received the NJWEA Safety Award in 2014.  For his twenty-plus years of service to the wastewater industry, and the environment, Harry Ladisheff has earned this Individual Achievement Wave Award.
