Susan DuBey began her career at the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority in October of 1977 and retired in February of 2021. In a career that spanned over 43 years, she witnessed two major treatment plant upgrades, numerous  emergencies, and personnel changes.

Throughout it all, Ms. DuBey provided  continuity and consistency to the Authority. Accordingly, she was very deserving of an Individual Achievement Award from the Association of Environmental Authorities.
